Do you have a hard time with thinking about things or situations in a positive light? There are times where it is not so easy for me too. Honestly, I have not struggled with this a whole lot in my life, but there have definitely been times when I needed help, and a lot of it! If you know you are going to be faced with a difficult day, decision, or circumstance, think about it first. When you think about it, frame it first. You already do this subconsciously, but now I want you to try and consciously think it through. Frame the situation in your mind. Think about how you WANT it to go, not how you hope it DOESN'T go. When you start your thoughts off in a negative way, it will more than likely become a negative situation. Frame it in the best possible way! Create your ideal way for it to all go. If you are trying to pitch something to a boss, coach, or teacher, think about how great it is going to be when they see what you are trying to say to them or get across to them. Your mind will be sure to follow with positive thoughts and give you a better outcome. Try framing your next 'challenging" situation and see if it helps. I know that it will!
