Food and your mindset

This has been something on my mind for awhile. I have been following several "gurus" in the health industry for several years now and I would like to share a little bit what I have learned with you all. First things first, what do you believe about food? Do you believe everything you put into your body affects every cell?I hope you said yes to that question. Let's think about how the additives and preservatives and GMOs affect the body. Are these things natural in creation? No, most are not. Then why would I put these into my body? I have been learning how artificial flavors, preservatives and coloring wreck havoc on our body systems. It is alarming what diseases of the mind and body these things can do damage to. I encourage you to do your own research on this. There are countless aliments and diseases that can be controlled by just limiting these few things from your diet, or better yet, get rid of them all together. What will happen is that you will start to feel better, your thinking will become clearer, and your metabolism will start to work better. Yes, even menopausal women! Your kids will be more well behaved. This is just the beginning of what can happen if you start eating "clean". As an athlete, your body and mind should be something you want to be concerned about. I know that it is nearly impossible to do it 100% of the time. We can't control what restaurants put into their food, but you can make better choices within the menu. I encourage anyone that reads this and has not investigated these things to read, listen to podcasts, and research this subject. These poisons are killing us. Literally. Another thing to think about is why does most of Europe and UK not allow these things in their food? Hmmm. I hope I have helped raise your awareness and that you seek some answers out for yourself.

Some people that are the top of this industry to follow are Dr. Josh Axe, Dhru Purohit, Jim Kwik, Dr. Mark Hyman.

Let me know if there is anything I can do to help you in your health journey! Email me or comment.

WIth love and abundance,

Cyndi
